Euro Moto Nürburgring: Saturday’s schedule – live stream, Superpole and points

On Thursday, the riders in the Euro Moto Sportbike, Supersport and Superbike classes had already familiarised themselves with the circuit in the Eifel during a separate test day. On Friday, the Pro Superstock 1000, Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R Cup and European Bagger Cup classes joined them. The first points will be up for grabs on Saturday.

In an emergency

As always, Dr Martin Schweiger is in charge of the Medical Centre. He and his team will be on site from Thursday to Sunday. Anyone requiring hospital treatment will be taken to the Bundeswehr Hospital (BWZK) in Koblenz, Ruebenacher Str. 170, D-56072 Koblenz; telephone number +49 261 28189.

The live stream

This year, the Euro Moto Promoter is still offering the live stream free of charge, though in a slightly more limited version compared to last year. There will be no drone footage, as the budget no longer allows for it. Fans will also have to do without the popular on-board footage. Overall, the Radio Viktoria crew has had to cut back by one track camera, and the technical discussion and other interviews during the Sunday lunchtime break have also been cancelled. The stream will begin on Saturday at 2.10 pm. Anyone else who wants to have a look around the Nürburgring or check the weather conditions on site can do so via the local webcams. As always, there’s free live timing provided by Bike-Promotion, followed by free access to the official results.

At the Nürburgring, the sun will make only sporadic appearances this morning amidst an otherwise cloudy sky, with temperatures of 11°C. Furthermore, it will be partly cloudy at midday and in the evening, with temperatures ranging from 12 to 18°C. Overnight, it will be slightly cloudy with minimum temperatures of 7°C.
