Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia): Birthday party with Kimi Antonelli

The MotoGP World Championship continues this weekend with the round at MotorLand Aragon in Spain. Marco Bezzecchi made the most of his final hours back home on the Adriatic coast for a special detour. The 27-year-old Aprilia rider was a guest at a very special birthday party.

The birthday boy was none other than Mercedes F1 star Kimi Antonelli – the Italian celebrated his 20th birthday on 25 August. The venue was also a special choice: Antonelli, who hails from Bologna, invited his friends and family to Riccione on the Adriatic coast.

Marco Bezzecchi: Right in the thick of the World Championship battle

The venue for the summer party at the Antonelli family home was a popular water park. There, the birthday party guests had a great time for the whole afternoon. MotoGP ace ‘Bez’ was right in the thick of it, relaxing in a laid-back atmosphere.

Bezzecchi is right in the thick of the battle for the World Championship title in 2026. Currently in second place, the Italian is just 31 points behind the Spanish leader and Aprilia team-mate Jorge Martín. As for his mate Antonelli, things have recently become tighter again in the Formula 1 races. Incidentally: Antonelli politely thanked the uninvited guests for their birthday wishes on his 20th.
