Driver change in Max Verstappen’s team: Gounon replaces Lulham, who is unwell

The Mercedes-AMG Team Verstappen Racing will compete in the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup at Misano with a revised driver line-up. Regular driver Daniel Juncadella will line up alongside DTM driver and Alpine-FIA-WEC star Jules Gounon at Misano, who normally competes for the team in the Endurance Cup.

Chris Lulham, who was originally due to contest all ten races with the team, will be unable to compete at Misano for health reasons.

Juncadella and Gounon are among the top favourites this weekend in the battle for overall victory on the technically demanding circuit in the holiday resort on the Adriatic coast.
