Motorsport Team Germany is looking for Germany’s world-class motorsport stars of tomorrow. This joint youth development project run by the DMSB and the ADAC Stiftung Sport supports promising talents from five four-wheel and five two-wheel motorsport disciplines respectively. From mid-June until 31 August 2026, athletes can apply for the selection programme for the official German national motorsport squad via the online talent registration process. Young motorsport athletes aged ten and above – and, depending on the discipline, up to the age of 24 – are eligible.

Athletes in the Motorsport Team Germany national squad receive comprehensive training and access to an exclusive network. “With Motorsport Team Germany, we have raised the standard of youth development in Germany to a high level,” says Dieter Seibert, Chairman of the ADAC Sport Foundation. “The athletes in our national squad receive comprehensive support tailored to their individual needs. And through our collaboration with leading manufacturers involved in motorsport, we are opening up important prospects for a successful career for our squad members. In recent years, this has enabled us time and again to help German talents make the leap into top-level international motorsport.”

Registration portals are now open

“Close collaboration with manufacturers is an essential part of our development programme. It is important to us to draw the attention of companies active in motorsport to our talents at an early stage,” explains Hermann Tomczyk, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board. Only manufacturers from the four-wheel sector are on board.

Motorsport Team Germany currently comprises 30 athletes from the disciplines of karting, formula racing, GT racing, prototype endurance racing, as well as road racing, motocross, enduro, trial and speedway.
