Euro Moto rider Marcel Brenner is ready for the Most sauna with a champagne shower

Daniel Blin has already impressively demonstrated this season just what the AF Automarket team’s Ducati is capable of. With four wins in four races, the Pole has racked up a neat 100 points and, heading into this coming weekend at Most, sits comfortably at the top of the standings with a 20-point lead. His Swiss team-mate Marcel Brenner, who joined the team this year, is still chasing his first podium finish, but his form has clearly been on the up, particularly during practice at Brno. Brenner still has room for improvement when it comes to his race results. Currently, the only Swiss driver in the field sits in fifth place with 34 points.

“And once again we’re heading to the Czech Republic,” says his father Bruno Brenner, who is always by his son’s side, ahead of the upcoming weekend in Most. “Races 5 and 6 of the Euro Moto 2026 are on the programme. Warm summer weather is forecast, so both rider and machine will be put to the test.” Marcel Brenner’s quest for the trophy thus enters the next round.

Most – a familiar circuit

“After the positive progress we made in Brno, we were unfortunately not rewarded with the results we’d hoped for in the races,” summarises the Supersport rider. “Nevertheless, the upward trend is clearly visible and gives us a lot of confidence for the upcoming races. Now we’re off to Most, a circuit I know very well. That makes a big difference, because when you’re familiar with the track, you can focus on the details much earlier, give the team better feedback and make progress more efficiently throughout the weekend.”

“It’s also going to be a very hot race weekend,” says the Swiss rider. “Temperatures of around 36 degrees are forecast for both race days. But I feel well prepared for this, as I was able to acclimatise to the heat last week during my running and hiking sessions. Despite temperatures of over 30 degrees, my performance, according to the data, was at the same level as a few weeks ago in much cooler conditions of between 20 and 25 degrees. That gives me a good feeling about the challenge ahead.”

“I’m really looking forward to the race weekend,” he assures us. “At the moment, we’re only a few tenths of a second off being able to consistently compete at the very front. I hope we can find those last few tenths at Most and be in the running for victory. Of course, a podium finish would also be a result I’d be very happy with. We’ll continue to work hard and do everything we can to get the most out of it.”
