Porsche ace Nico Menzel to race for Boutsen VDS at the Nürburgring

Nico Menzel is set to compete in his home race of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup at the Nürburgring. The Porsche works driver will be racing for Boutsen VDS in the Eifel.

Menzel will stand in for his fellow works driver Alessandro Ghiretti in the Belgian team, as Ghiretti is competing in the GT World Challenge Asia at the same time.

Nico Menzel will share the Boutsen VDS team’s Gold Cup car with Robin Knutsson and Gilles Magnus. The trio will be aiming for class victory at the Nürburgring.

This will be Nico Menzel’s second outing in this year’s GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup season, having previously competed for Tsunami RT at the 24 Hours of Spa.
