Timetable: The sixth DTM race weekend at the Nürburgring

The sixth race weekend of the 2026 DTM season is taking place at the Nürburgring this weekend. With a field of 21 GT3 cars, the DTM is set to provide plenty of excitement. Christian Engelhart will take the wheel of the Grasser Racing Team’s second Lamborghini Temerario GT3 as a stand-in for Maximilian Paul.

As usual, the DTM stars will contest two races at the historic circuit in the Eifel: in Sunday’s race, starting this season, the teams will battle for every tenth of a second during two mandatory pit stops. In Saturday’s race, there will still be just one pit stop. All 16 championship races will run for 55 minutes plus one lap. If the Cupra safety car is deployed, the race distance may be extended by a maximum of two laps thanks to an overtime rule.

Alongside the DTM, exciting support series will be taking to the track in the Eifel. With a full starting grid of 32 cars, the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Germany is set to provide a spectacular show with a thunderous roar. The ADAC GT4 Germany, the BMW M2 Cup and the DTM Classic – SPEEDWEEK has summarised the field of entrants for you – round off the event at the Nürburgring.
