Mercedes-AMG strikes back in night practice at the Suzuka 1000km

Mercedes-AMG struck back in the night-time practice session for the Suzuka 1000km, setting the fastest time on a drying track. Mikael Grenier completed a lap in the 75 Express car in 2:00.395 minutes.

Christopher Mies took second place in the Miedecke Motorsport by Team MPC Ford Mustang GT3. The experienced German driver was 0.182 seconds off the fastest time.

Dorian Boccolacci, in the Absolute Racing Porsche – which had dominated the first two sessions in the pouring rain – rounded off the top three.
