Superbike World Championship in Cremona: Where to watch the races live – and where not to

Since Eurosport withdrew from broadcasting the series, fans of the Superbike World Championship in German-speaking countries have officially had only two options: ServusTV and the official website WorldSBK.com.

Although ServusTV’s linear broadcasting in Germany and Switzerland ceased at the end of 2023, both countries still have access to the digital platform ServusTV On, which will continue to broadcast the Superbike World Championship extensively, free of charge and in HD via live stream in 2026. The programmes will be presented by Philipp Krummholz, with Stefan Nebel providing expert commentary. From the tenth round of the season at the Cremona Circuit, the free practice sessions for the top category will be shown on Friday at 10.15 am and 2.05 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, the continuous live streams of all categories will begin at 9.35 am and 10.55 am.

In Austria, coverage will generally remain as usual via linear broadcasting. However, the Formula 1 race in Azerbaijan is taking place at the same time, and it is impossible to cover both – at least on Saturday, when only a repeat of the first race will be shown on free-to-air TV at 3.55 pm. The second race on Sunday, by contrast, will be shown live from 2.40 pm, with the broadcast beginning with a repeat of the Superpole race.

The signal for the domestic market is provided by the Austrian private broadcaster to, amongst others, German and Swiss providers. Through the granting of secondary rights, coverage can therefore also be provided by providers not mentioned here. For example, the specialist channel ServusTV Motorsport has been available since June 2021; in Germany, it is broadcast exclusively via Telekom’s Magenta TV, but is not included in the basic package.

Dorna itself will once again offer the most comprehensive coverage in 2026 via its live stream on its own website, worldsbk.com. The video pass for the remainder of the season is available for €19.99 and includes not only all broadcasts – including all practice sessions – but also access to the complete video archive.
