Speedway GP in Vojens: Live stream on Discovery – will the outcome be decided here?

In the battle for the World Championship title, Bartosz Zmarzlik leads the way with 129 points ahead of Brady Kurtz on 125 and Robert Lambert on 119 ahead of the race in southern Denmark. In addition to the 20 World Championship points up for grabs in the Grand Prix, a further 4-3-2-1 points will be awarded in the sprint race during qualifying in Vojens, adding an extra element of excitement at this stage of the season.

In the battle for the World Championship title – and also with regard to securing a place among the top seven in the World Championship, which guarantees a spot in the 2027 Grand Prix – the gaps in the standings could shift even before the main race thanks to the extra points from the sprint. That is why the qualifying and sprint in Vojens take on particular significance. Notably, Patryk Dudek, Kacper Woryna, Leon Madsen and Max Fricke are currently separated by just ten points in fifth to eighth place.

In Vojens, England’s Dan Bewley – who was in brilliant form at the season opener in Landshut but subsequently suffered a broken leg in the Danish league – will return to the Grand Prix. The 27-year-old scored in double figures in the Polish league last weekend and is regarded as a promising candidate for one of the permanent wildcards for the 2027 season.

Discovery+ will broadcast the qualifying session in Vojens from 2.00 pm, whilst the pay-per-view livestream of the Grand Prix begins at 6.40 pm; as usual, with German commentary by Norbert Ockenga or English commentary by Kelvin Tatum and Oliver Allen.
