Live ticker: Austrian Grand Prix – Will Max Verstappen spoil the Mercedes/Ferrari party?

Hot, hotter, Red Bull Ring: Just as in Barcelona, we’re set for very high temperatures at the Austrian Grand Prix, where George Russell (Mercedes) will have to put up a strong fight against the Ferrari duo of Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, should Ferrari prove as adept at tyre management as Hamilton was in Catalonia.

Behind them, World Championship leader Kimi Antonelli and four-time world champion Max Verstappen will be starting the race. Both are fuming after the Spielberg qualifying session – Verstappen went off the track, costing him a potential place on the front row, whilst Antonelli had to ease off the throttle due to that incident.
