Ironman: Schedule and preview of the big title showdown in the USA

After a series of back-and-forth battles this season between the Australian brothers Jett and Hunter, the title will finally be decided in Crawfordsville (Indiana) at the 11th round of the US Nationals.

Hunter or Jett?

Hunter Lawrence (Honda) heads into the season finale with a razor-thin lead of just one point over his brother Jett. This means the title decider will be a nerve-wracking battle between the two Australians. Third-placed Haiden Deegan (Yamaha), trailing by 66 points, is already well adrift and no longer has any chance of winning the title.

Cole Davies on course for the title

Following his misfortune at Budds Creek, Levi Kitchen can now only hope for a minor miracle at the season finale. It is likely to be difficult for the Pro Circuit Kawasaki works rider to make up a 14-point deficit. Cole Davies, on the other hand, is well on course for the title. For the New Zealander, winning the AMA Pro Motocross Championships would be his second title of the year, having already won the East Coast Supercross Championship in the spring.
